ISIG offers training courses available upon request, customizable to the specific needs of public authorities or organizations. Our training program is based on an interactive and participatory approach, combining theory and practice to develop advanced skills in the following areas:

This method has been developed and refined through extensive experience in delivering the Leadership Academy Programme (LAP) of the Council of Europe. Training Program for Democratic Governance (2021)
An online seminar series aimed at over 50 local administrators, focused on transparency, civic participation, and public resource management.
Leadership Academy Programme (LAP) - International Implementations (since 2017)
Ongoing support in the implementation of the LAP in various Council of Europe member countries, contributing to the strengthening of local governance in diverse and complex contexts.
European Label of Governance Excellence (ELoGE) (since 2018)
Implementation of the European Excellence in Governance label in various Council of Europe member countries, consolidating best practices in democratic governance at the local level.
Leadership Academy Programme (LAP) - Friuli Venezia Giulia (2022)
An intensive training program involving 25 local authorities, focused on strengthening organizational leadership.
Leadership Academy Programme (EAP) - Friuli Venezia Giulia (2023)
More than 20 local administrators participated in courses on leadership and innovation in governance, with a particular focus on international cooperation.
European Academy Programme (dal 2024)
Our tailored service, aimed at a group of 100 participants, is delivered through a combination of online and in-person meetings to support both individual public organizations in improving their management and groups wishing to collaborate on common challenges, fostering sustainable development within their respective communities.
