On Friday, March 15, the first stakeholder workshop implemented as part of the IN4SAFETY project, funded by the Interreg VI-A Italy-Slovenia Program, was held online. During the workshop, we had the opportunity to present the IN4SAFETY project, which aims to strengthen cross-border cooperation to address emergencies. We also had the honor to present the WEB GIS platforms and available spatial datasets we are working on, which are essential for emergency planning and management. Finally, the roundtable with stakeholder participation was a crucial time to gather feedback and share ideas and next steps. We discussed questionnaires and interacted with participants through Mentimeter, gathering valuable feedback to further inform our work. It was especially gratifying to see the active participation of relevant stakeholders from the cross-border area, demonstrating the importance and effectiveness of working together to address common challenges.
