The project aims to update the Municipal Civil Protection Plan of the City of Lucca in a participatory manner with the citizenship. Updating the Plan in a participatory manner ensures an active role on the part of citizens in protecting the community, the sharing of ideas and skills by all, and contributing to the construction of a Plan that truly responds to the needs of the citizenry.
Participatory civil defense plans are not just technical documents drafted by experts; they are collective safety guides created with input from all of us, aiming to build an informed and prepared community during emergencies.
