We are pleased to invite you, in collaboration with Aiccre Friuli Venezia Giulia, to the European Conference “Good Democratic Governance: The New Standard for Council of Europe Member States,” on Saturday, November 18, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Laguna Palace Hotel in Grado! The Conference aims to examine concrete strategies and actions at the European, national and regional levels to promote effective and democratic governance. It aims to discuss and explore the role of democratic good governance and its implications at various levels of decision-making, with a focus on the European perspective and practical actions for improving governance. Participants will include:
- Franco Brussa – President of the AICCRE Federation of FVG to open the proceedings
- Massimiliano Fedriga – President of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region for institutional greetings
- Claudia Luciani – Director of the Department for Human Dignity, Equality and Governance at the Council of Europe
- Pierluigi Trombetta – Diplomatic Advisor to the Minister for Regional Affairs and Autonomy and member of the European Committee for Democracy and Governance of the Council of Europe
- Milena Bertani – AICCRE National President
