Launch of the new Council of Europe project for good governance in Lithuania

The first project board meeting was held in Vilnius to discuss and agree on the activities of the above project, which is funded by the European Union and implemented by the “Center of Expertise,” in cooperation with the Lithuanian Ministry of Interior and the Association of Local Authorities of Lithuania. The project includes policy advice on regional development and capacity building on inter-municipal cooperation, civic participation, institutional leadership and good governance. It will run for the next 18 months.
