The SUMMA project aims to address specific problems in the program area, such as improving urban mobility during the tourist season and the lack of efficient multimodal connections between ports, airports, railways, and urban areas. The goal is to develop new models of multimodal approaches for sustainable passenger tra-portation, creating efficient cross-border connections through strategies, ICT technologies, bicycle routes, and new services to promote intermodality, with a focus on tourism esi-gencies in the Adriatic coastal region. As part of the project, ISIG is coordinating WP1 activities aimed at defining cross-border strategies.
