Description: European Academy Program (EAP) is a training program that stems from the need to strengthen the organizational capacity and skills of managers and staff of organizations, whether public or private.
EAP aims to develop a process of strengthening the skills, knowledge, and capacities needed to address challenges and promote effective and sustainable development through interactive training, supporting effective resource planning and management, and facilitating discussion on the topics covered with a view to strengthening capacity bulding practices.
Designed to strengthen the leadership and organizational innovation capacities of public authorities and civil society organizations, this tailor-made service is designed to support both individual organizations aiming to improve management effectiveness and efficiency, and formal and informal groups wishing to work together to address shared challenges and promote sustainable development in their communities.
Within the project, ISIG is responsible for designing, developing and facilitating the training program based on the needs of the participants.
Specifically, ISIG designed the training course, developed the educational and operational materials, with an interactive and capacity-building-oriented approach. ISIG also implemented and facilitated the training activities, promoting discussion among participants and the adoption of effective and sustainable practices.
