Description: Cultural exchange-event between young Italian and Hungarian citizens with presentations, discussions, interactive workshops on fake news and disinformation in the digital world.
The project included the organization of an exchange event between young citizens from different EU countries (Italy, Hungary) in Casarsa della Delizia, consisting of three days of presentations, debates and interactive workshops on the topic of fake news, disinformation and misinformation in the digital world, with a special focus on: human rights and discrimination (based on culture, race and gender); science (e.g. COVID-19); and European integration (e.g. Euroscepticism). The end result of the exchange consists of a multilingual, user-friendly and practical guide to combating misinformation at the local level, disseminated online and also displayed physically in the form of an information board in the territories of the participating municipalities.
ISIG oversaw activities to support the structuring of the Grant Agreement and consolidation of the partnership, as well as support for the organization of workshop project activities and interaction with participants and support for communication and reporting.
