Description: Analysis of cross-border cooperation in each border area using the SWOT method, forecasting and ability to develop an information model. A self-assessment tool for local communities that was developed to provide continuous evaluation of cross-border cooperation. The qualitative data collected was operationalized into a dynamic model of analysis, providing the best strategies for the development of cross-border cooperation by taking into consideration the internal (i.e. socio-economic, infrastructural, natural, etc.) and external (i.e. institutional, IR, financial, BMI, etc.) variable environment.
