From May 28-31, our ISIG director Daniele Del Bianco and deputy director Ramona Velea undertook a key mission to Helsinki, concluding a year-long transformation initiative. This mission was part of an effort to support Finnish municipalities in enhancing organizational leadership and designing participatory processes for local decision-making.
Our role as international experts, in collaboration with the Council of Europe and the Finnish Institute of Public Management (HAUS), has been instrumental in promoting good democratic governance in Finland. Working with Finnish national and local authorities has been incredibly rewarding, creating an atmosphere of cooperation and sharing valuable experiences.
We are proud of the positive results and strong bonds formed during this project. Together, we are paving the way for a more democratic and participatory future!
