Great success of the second phase of the Leadership Academy Program (LAP) in the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, which took place in the picturesque setting of Grado!
On Oct. 26-27, 2023, the second phase of LAP focused on modules covering crucial aspects of leadership: Leadership Mindset for Teamwork, Identifying Personal Leadership Styles, Group Communication Skills, Organizational Culture, Organizations Open to Learning, and Scenario-Based Planning.
The engaging sessions incorporated numerous hands-on exercises, both individual and group, and interactive games. Participants took the opportunity not only to learn but also to apply their knowledge in real scenarios.
The energy and commitment of the participants was remarkable, fostering an environment of collaborative learning and growth.
We are excited to announce that the third phase of this program is scheduled for November 16-18, 2023, with as many dynamic and in-depth sessions designed to continue to cultivate the skills and leadership abilities of our participants.
