From March 25-27, 2025, Gorizia and Nova Gorica will host the final demonstration of the SAFE-CITIES project, an international initiative aimed at making public spaces safer, more inclusive, and resilient. This event marks the culmination of 3 years of research and collaboration among partners and stakeholders at the European level.
THE MARCH EVENT
The final demonstration will last 3 days and will include a range of activities:
- General meeting: partners will meet for updates on project progress and planned activities.
- Practical demonstrations: technical demonstration in real scenarios, where the tools and methods developed under the project will be tested.
- Training and sharing: training modules dedicated to security stakeholders and times for sharing project results.
An opportunity to explore innovative solutions and strengthen international cooperation in the area of security towards safer, more resilient and inclusive cities. SAFE-CITIES is a key project in building safe, resilient and inclusive public spaces, in line with the vision of Nova Gorica and Gorica as European Capital of Culture 2025.
