Description: The cultural fabric of the Province of Gorizia has always been characterized by a high degree of dynamism, contributing, in recent years, to the creation of a very wide and diversified cultural offer. The Province of Gorizia has implemented a participatory in-formative process aimed at accompanying cultural associations towards a virtuous model of synergistic and structured coordination and dialogue.

The project aims to achieve the following objectives:

1. identify strengths and weaknesses (internal to individual associations) and opportunities and risks (of the cultural system) from the experience of individual associations;
2. map the needs of cultural associations;
3. define in a participatory way the strategy to strengthen the overall capacity of the Isonzo cultural system;
4. to ensure horizontal information with respect to funding opportunities (regional, national, European);
5. to define in a participatory way the common operational tools suitable for attracting these sources of funding;
6. to provide specific training in the presentation of projects to the relevant regional, national and European agencies.
