Content: The activities of the SIMPLE Project (in particular Work Package 3 summarized in the annexes) provide the necessary tools for the development of the Adriatic Action Plan to promote and enhance minority groups and to establish the Permanent Adriatic Observatory on minority communities.
The main purpose of the Action Plan is to assist the =permanent observatory, open to all stakeholders. The Action Plan has three axes:
1. Suggest key issues for the Adriatic Observatory to monitor;
2. Identify sets of indicators;
3. Formulate a set of recommendations for the work of the Adriatic Observatory.
