Description: The CONNECT pilot project aims to strengthen climate resilience and crisis management in the cross-border area between Gorizia, Nova Gorica and Šempeter-Vrtojba through innovative tools for social vulnerability analysis, civic participation and shared strategic planning.

ISIG supports the development of context and stakeholder analysis, facilitation of participatory workshops, drafting of resilience strategies, awareness raising campaigns, development of cooperation agreements and monitoring and evaluation tools, while also contributing to the dissemination of results.
