Content: The Handbook was created as an operational tool in response to Coe’s objective “to facilitate targeted training for regional practitioners interested in cross-border and interterritorial cooperation.”
It is designed as a technical aid of continuing education for local and regional administrators: Each of the proposed modules (The principles of cross-border cooperation; The legal framework; How to do cross-border cooperation; Cross-border cooperation and EU programs) contains a comprehensive presentation of the content to be addressed in the training, substantive speeches by qualified speakers, and reference and background materials.
