Title: Illegality-legality and new social pacts. From Russia to Italy to Europe – Futuribles 3
Author: Aa.Vv.

Language: Italian
Content: The transition from an assessment of “illegality” to one of “legality” is often the moment when the reading of reality is diametrically opposed, when the “new legal” is pitted against the “old illegal.” At such a moment, a genetic change takes place: past corruption and illegality are discovered, economic systems or their strong segments collapse, political or party balances collapse, new parties with new functions and structures emerge.
Legality and illegality can thus be a point of view, but also identify a process for the realization of a new order, be operational categories of societal change.
This basic hypothesis is applied to the examination of three realities that seem emblematic of such a process: Italy, Russia, and Central and Eastern Europe.
