Training workshops on the topic of Inter-Municipal Cooperation (IMC) with Armenian municipalities, aimed at building the capacity of local authorities in promoting inter-municipal cooperation, based on the toolkit developed by the Good Governance Competence Center, and preparing funding proposals on inter-municipal cooperation from the Council of Europe.
