Content: In a society that is increasingly becoming a point of convergence of many cultures, it is important to follow the ways that civil society pursues to make the quality of life more humane and to make itself capable of meeting the needs of all, natives and immigrants. With this research, ISIG tackled a study on the Councils of Foreigners and their regulations that was entrusted to it by the Trieste Provincial Administration. The result of this research was thus the proposed regulations for the Council of Foreigners of the Province of Trieste.
