Content: Prior to this report, the project implemented research on national analyses regarding the development of mandatory elements and standards for general and special vocational training programs. This research was summarized in a report that offered an overview of international practices focused on criteria and standards for accreditation of training providers. The Main Common Elements of all these practices, were identified in terms of quality assurance of training, which is ensuring an adequate training environment, training, experience and results, to be used as guidelines for the development of professional training of LSG employees in Serbia.
