Activities
The project, with reference to the aims of the program, is structured through two main activities:
- Educational activity at the Locchi Institute, in which, during regular school hours, children will be able to engage in a cross-cultural environment on various topics of interest (history, geography,…);
- Active Citizenship Workshops to be held in the afternoon in which the children, through the help of facilitators, will go through a process of conscientization on the meaning of active citizenship and how to put it into practice.
In addition to these activities that form the core of the project, they will also be organized:
- Various guided tours during which Italian students will introduce the cross-border area to hosted colleagues;
- 2 official ceremonies. The first, at the beginning of the project, as an occasion to present and celebrate the pact among the mayors, and the second at the close of the work, to present the results of the project.
