Description: Implementation of participatory pathways with Isontine stakeholders in the areas of Volunteering, Health and Labor, aimed at defining the CARIGO Foundation’s intervention strategy in the subsequent disbursement phase.
Through the pathway it was possible to identify networks/partnerships and outline the programmatic and operational lines of these networks, capitalizing on existing resources.
From the first participatory meeting, across the three tables, the following three points emerged strongly:
- Identification of Fondazione Carigo as a territorial actor capable of stimulating synergy and coordination among similar entities
- Willingness to “network” among like-minded individuals
- Need to make the programmatic and operational lines of possible forms of cooperation concretely explicit
Participatory processes aim to achieve the following objectives:
- Identify potential networks/partnerships
- Outline the programmatic and operational lines of these networks
- Specify the resources that each participant “owns” and wants to share.
To this end, the following meetings are planned:
- November 15, 2014 – identification of projects
- December 25, 2014-identification of partnerships
- January 2015 – identification of resources

1) [1 .10.2014] – “Objective Welfare” Participatory Seminar.
The work, which was attended by about 100 Isontine stakeholders from the world of volunteering, health and labor, developed in two key moments: 1. The presentation by the speakers of their institutional activities; 2. The creation of “participatory” working tables for thematic brainstorming (volunteerism, health and labor) to identify synergies and project proposals among the participants.
