Period: 2019 Activity Description I: Training activity for the Albanian School of Public Administration (ASPA) on the Council of Europe’s 12 principles of good governance. Facilitation of a workshop entitled “Mainstreaming of CoE 12 principles” to disseminate the Council of Europe’s 12 principles of good governance in training modules dedicated to Albanian public administration. Description Activity II: Development of guidelines aimed at adapting the Council of Europe’s “Training need analysis and national training strategy” manual to the Albanian context. Facilitation of a participatory presentation and review workshop for ASPA beneficiaries.
