STRADA is a leadership development program that aims to provide emerging women leaders with the knowledge and skills they need to become more effective in their roles and in their organizations. A blended learning approach that offers master classes on topics such as leadership, digitization, innovation, entrepreneurship and sustainability. ISIG will contribute to the 2024 edition through a talk titled “From personal to organizational leadership: a new mindset for group thinking and teamwork.”
While personal leadership is about self-awareness, values and vision, organizational leadership focuses on aligning teams and systems with the organization’s mission, strategy and common values. Leadership transcends individual traits; it is about aligning personal leadership with the broader goals and culture of an organization. Effective leadership requires fostering a mindset that promotes groupthink and teamwork and creating environments in which diverse perspectives are valued.
In a rapidly changing environment, leadership is critical to guide organizations through transformation by fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptability, encouraging experimentation and evolution, and embracing failure as a learning opportunity.
This session will focus on the importance of taking a situational approach to leadership, promoting environments that welcome diversity and foster a growth-oriented mindset, paving the way for individual and organizational growth. The session will also include exercises and practical examples.
