Description: The SYNERGIES project aims to promote disaster preparedness by consistently and synergistically engaging different actors, including responders, citizens, communities, education systems, authorities, businesses, and practitioners. Focusing on five key needs, such as engaging all actors, strengthening preparedness education and training, and managing spontaneous volunteers, the project integrates results from various H2020 and national projects. Using real-world preparedness cases, the project aims to assess progress and demonstrate sustainable solutions to improve disaster preparedness.
